Fuck You: Grades

Dear grades/marks/percentages/scores/whatever the fuck you want to call it,
Fuck you! Thank you for making me feel less then special, average, mediocre, like shit, crappy, terrible, humbled and whatever fucking name you have for making me feel inferior.
All the marks are, are just letter grades but the power they have in categorizing you based on your intelligence, and work ethic surely resonates with a lot of people and it’s not easy to say you “don’t care” when receiving a poor grade.
Yeah sure I wouldn’t be saying “fuck you” to As and A+s but in general when I see a grade I don’t like…it crushes my soul and for other who receive poor grades I feel your pain and if it were a person I’d like to give it a right hook in the jaw. But with someone who’s had grades from both sides of thespectrum, I hate the grading system but we live in a world where we are forced to categorize people and it blows big balls.
There’s more to grading system and some smart people are given the shaft. It’s like a driving test, just cause you passed doesn’t make you all that adequate or just because you failed doesn’t mean you’re a terrible driver…it is what it is. Unfortunately the rest of the world is a cock-measuring machine where the biggest dick takes the cake (or pie).
